Cebu City Events

A number of events are celebrated in Cebu city throughout the year. Cebu city events are based on various themes. The celebrations are seasonal, historical and religious. In the end of January, the city holds the most spectacular event called Sinulog Festival. It is celebrated for a week. During this occasion, citizen participates in dance and ritual parades. The holy image of Santa Nino is carried by a procession during this festival.
