Nepal or the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal is a small country located in the Himalayan region of South Asia. It is bounded by India and People's Republic of China. The father of Buddhism, Gautama Buddha (Prince Siddhartha Gautama) was born here. It is a mountainous region. Only its southern region shares areas of Gangetic plain. Agriculture, tourism, service and small craft based industries provide main employments to Nepali people.

- Kathmandu: Kathmandu is the main city and the capital of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal. It has several Hindu and Buddhist monuments. - Biratnagar: Biratnagar is an important commercial center of Nepal. It produces jute, sugar, and cotton. With America's assistance, a fish breeding facility has been opened in Biratnagr. Its fertile land has made it a major agricultural hub.
