Kuala Lumpur Sports Canoe Association was established in Malaysia with the objective of encouraging and promoting canoe sports in the capital city. The association received its official registration on 28 December 1998 under the Section 7 Society Act of 1966. The association was registered under the Sports Commission on 17 October 2001.
Kuala Lumpur Sports Canoe Association works under the aegis of the Kuala Lumpur Youth and Sports Department and Kuala Lumpur Sports Council. The governance of the association is, however, under the Malaysia Canoe Association (MASCA), one of the prominent governing bodies of canoeing associations in Malaysia.

Lumpur conducts its training at Titiwangsa Lake Garden in the city. Basic canoe courses are also offered by the association for the novice. Some of the activities conducted by the association include the following:
- Canoe Polo
- Kayak Slalom
- Flatwater Racing
- Kayak Marathon
- Expedition
- White Water
The non profiting Kuala Lumpur Sports Canoe Association at Kaula Lumpur is one of the well known sororities promoting sports activities in Malaysia.
