Beirut Arab University is committed to the task of providing quality education to students in the Lebanese capital.
The Beirut Arab University reflects the educational environment of the city. The foundation of the university was laid by the Ihsan and the El Bir Society. The Beirut Arab University is affiliated to the Alexandria University which recruits the faculty of the university and also confers various degrees to its students.

Beirut Arab University-Programs
The University offers graduate and post graduate degrees in various branches of applied sciences and humanities. Admission to the post graduate programs in the University is made on the fulfillment of certain basic criteria. This includes the attainment of undergraduate degrees from either the BAU or from any other University that has been recognized by the Supreme Council of Egyptian Universities.
The Beirut Arab University offers its students financial aids and scholarships to assist them during their courses. Each year 20 students who perform exceptionally well are awarded scholarships. It has also collaborated with various universities with regard to academic cooperation. It entails student exchange programs and tie ups for educational exchange.
The University, at present, is currently focusing on establishing its branches in other regions as well. These include Alexandria in Egypt, Debbieh, Tripoli and another campus at Saida. The Beirut University is thus focused on the task of extending quality education to the people of the city and the country at large.
