Sakura Sakura is one of the renowned Tokyo restaurants. It has been set up in Kofu city in Yamanashi Prefecture. From Shinjuku it will take about 90 minutes to reach Kofu in a train. This restaurant serves its guests from 11 am to 4pm. It again opens from 5 in the evening and remains open till 11 in night.

One of the main items in the menu card of Sakura Sakura is hoto. It is a favorite local dish of Kofu. Hot hoto is served in iron cauldron. It is made with noodles and served with variation of mushroom, horsemeat, wild boar meat, beef and duck.

Foodies can also enjoy different varieties of seafood, pastas and a special dish known as wine beef. Wine beef is prepared by cooking beef in local wine of Yamanashi. Sakura Sakura restaurant serves mouth watering grilled chicken with drinks. Meatballs prepared with chicken known as tsukune is very popular side dish to go with drinks in Sakura Sakura. Raw horsemeat is mostly preferred with local alcoholic drinks of Yamanashi.

Sakura Sakura, the eatery of Tokyo also has something to offer for vegetarians. It prepares healthy vegetable dish with grilled okra, mushroom, cabbage and cherry tomatoes. The dish is served after garnishing with umeboshi.

The ambiance of Sakura Sakura is very welcoming. Visitors coming in groups can occupy the private rooms in the restaurant. Sakura Sakura has a collection of about 15 to 20 varieties of local alcohols. One can also enjoy wines of Yamanashi and beer in Sakura Sakura.
