The story behind Il Primo
Il Primo was set up by Dieter Bergmann and William Frisby in 1991 in Dublin. In 2006 Frank Frisby, William's brother became the owner of the restaurant. After a short period of time, Anita Thoma and John Farrell acquired the restaurant. They had worked in the restaurant for several years and gave new dimensions to the services of Il Primo, after becoming the owners. New innovative recipes and fine wines were introduced.
