St Vincent’s School, established in 1867 is a well-known English medium boy's school in Pune. The school is located on the St Vincents Street, Camp in Pune, Maharashtra. Recognized by the Maharashtra Government, the school prepared its students for the Secondary School Certificate Examination in the tenth standard. The Higher Secondary Certificate Examination is conducted for the class XII students.
Objectives of St Vincent’s School
The owner of the school is Poona Catholic Educational Association (Pvt) Ltd. while the Poona Jesuit School's Society looks after the management works. The Jesuit Society comprising of Jesuit fathers and Brothers was set up in the year 1540, and is actively working towards imparting education amongst the masses. The school therefore aims at:

- Regular attendance is compulsory (leave is granted only for serious reason with application in writing from parents)
- Students must behave well not only in side the campus but also outside. If they misbehave, strict action is taken by the school authorities.
- Late comers must meet the principal first for signature
- School uniform include light beige shirt, dark beige shorts, school badge, one inch belt(brown color).
- No special holidays for non Christians ( only if written application from parents is submitted earlier)
- On joining school after illness, parents must make a note in their calender without fail
- Students cannot come to school by car, motorcycle or scooter
