A huge number of monuments can be found inside the fort premises. Jagadishwar Temple, Hirkani Buruj (Shivaji constructed it in the honor of Hirkani, who sold milk on the fort), Shirkai Temple, Takmak Tok, Kolimb Talav and Bhavani Tok and Gangasagar and Koli Lake can also be visited while exploring this area. The historians of Europe call it 'The Gibraltar of the East'. There is also a rope way that takes visitors on the top of the Raigad fort. A statue of Shivaji is installed inside the fort.
