Traveling to Mumbai

Tourists can travel to Mumbai by airways, roadways, waterways and railways. The Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport and the Santa Cruz domestic airport operate all flights to and from Mumbai. The two airports together handle more than forty flights per hour. All major international and national cities are linked to Mumbai flights. The railways too offer long distance journeying to and from Mumbai. The main railway station includes the Chhatrapati Shivaji Railway station and three other stations. The daily crowd on the Mumbai local trains accounts for one of the largest in India.
