The working hours of the Regional Passport Office in Kolkata begins from ten in the morning and continues till six in the evening. The passport form submission related issues are dealt till 1:30pm. During this time, people can buy forms, make necessary inquiries and seek for a meeting with the public relation or the passport officer. For the application of passport, certain important documents, such as school leaving certificate and birth certificates are required. After 3:30 pm, passports are delivered to those who had applied for the same and whose application has been sanctioned by the passport officer.
