Chandernagar

Chandernagar has been a settlement of the French colonizers in India. It is situated at a distance of 40 km from the Dumdum airport. Tourists can take the launch service introduced by government of West Bengal on Hooghly River. Launch service to Chandernagar is available from Belur and Kolkata.
