Buses from Madurantakam are available to the places of Chengalpattu, Kodur, Thirukalukundram, Koovathur, Soonampedu, Ponthur, Kottaipunjai, Anaikattu, Orathi, Pappanallur and Uthiramerur.
The bus stand of Madurantakam known as Arinagar Anna Bus stand is located on GST Road. Near the bus stand there is parking space for two wheelers and a taxi stand.
