Agritechnica Hannover '2007 was held from 13th November to 17th November. It is one of the leading international exhibitions on agricultural machinery. It was organized by DLG (Deutsche Landwirtschafts-Gesellschaft-German Agricultural Society) at the exhibition grounds in Hanover, Germany.
The 2007 Agritechnica Hannover was attended by agricultural machinery companies from not only Europe but also from other parts of the world too. The farmers got to know about the newer technologies of increasing their production level. About 35% of these farmers came from South-West Germany, 13% from East Germany and 52% from Northern and Western Germany.
It was visited by about 340,000 farmers and

professionals that included some 71,000 from abroad countries like Denmark, Netherlands, United Kingdom, France, Ireland and Italy. About 2,247 companies from 36 countries were present at the Agritechnica Hannover of 2007 with their spare parts, accessories, machines and implements. The various products that were displayed at the exhibition included soil cultivation machines, replacement parts and harvesting machines.
Agritechnica Hannover '2007 provided a meeting ground to the farmers and dealers to share their opinion. A large number of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) suppliers were also present in this exhibition. There were suppliers of tractors, agricultural machinery mechanics and contractors. The exhibition was open from 9 am to 6 pm.
