ceremonial courtyard on three sides. Built on the lines of expressionist-style, the cost of building the Federal Chancellery Building is estimated at 230 million euros. The building is characterized by a number of columns at the entrance, some of them even have a shelter built at the top of the columns.
The interior planning of the Federal Chancellery Building is characterized by numerous windows that prove to be a splendid ventilation system for the building. Apart from the windows, there are circular staircases, leading to plush conference areas, banquet rooms, and the Chancellor’s office. Appealing the crowd with its swank interiors, the Federal Chancellery Building is one of the famous Berlin tourist attractions.
