Besides, there are 24 paintings by Renoirs, 14 by Cezannes, 24 by Soutines and 12 by Picasso and Matisse and a handful by famous painters like Sisley, Marie Laurencin Van Dongen, Henri Rousseau, Soutine and Monet. These paintings represent the elegant and refined tastes of their creators. At the basement of the Orangerie Museum, there are 2 Oval Rooms, which houses the famous Waterlily series of paintings by Monet.
