Mulhouse Fine Art Museum, located on 4 places Guillaume Tell in Mulhouse, France is an exclusive storehouse of paintings made by renowned European artists. The paintings date back to the period starting from the 14th century (late Middle Ages) to the 20th century (modern times). The museum is placed inside Villa Steinbach, which is a building constructed by a painting's manufacturer during the 18th century. The building was refurbished in the year 1864 with an approval from the Industrial Corporation of Mulhouse.

The Fine Art Museum in Mulhouse holds a collection of wonderful paintings designed by great French and Italian painters. The first floor exhibits permanent collections while the temporary exhibits are found on the second floor of the museum. The permanent exhibitions include French paintings and religious paintings painted by artist of the middle ages.

Mulhouse Fine Art Museum Information
The museum remains open from:
1st July to 31st August - 10 am to 12 pm (all days)
2 am to 6.30 am (except on Tuesdays)
1st September to 30th June - 10 am to 12 pm (all days)
2 am to 6.00 am (except on Tuesdays)
On 1st January and sometimes on Fridays and Mondays the museum is closed.
The museum does not charge for children below 12 years of age. Handicapped facilities are provided by the museum. Visitors are not allowed to enter the museum with their pets.
