Jewish Museum is located in the Golden City of Prague, in the country of Czech Republic. The opening hours of he Prague Jewish Museum is between 9 am to 4:30 pm dring Novenber and March while from 9 am till 6 pm during the monhs of April to October.
There are various exhibitions of the Jewish Museum in Prague, which are distributed over six locations in the city. These locations are namely, The Spanish Synagogue, The Maisel Synagogue, The Old Jewish Cemetery, The Pinkas Synagogue, The Ceremonial Hall and The Klausen Synagogue. The Spanish Synagogue, featuring the Jewish Musem of Prague, was constructed in the year 1868 at the Prague Jewish house used for prayer, namely, the “Old Shul”. This synagogue is built in the typical Moorish style by the famous Vojtech Ignátz Ullmann.
The Pinkas Synagogue, which is another historic site of the Jewish Museum, was built by the Horowitz family in the year 1535. Aaron Meshullam Horowitz constructed it as his residence, "U Erbu" right at the region of the Old Jewish Cemetery. Established in the beginning of the 15th century, the Old Jewish Cemetery is another important historic place as regards the Jewish Museum of Prague.
