University of Zagreb is the largest as well as the oldest Croatian university in the South-Eastern Europe. In the year 1669, this Zagreb university was established. Since then it is developing and growing. Presently around 29 faculties are associated with this institution. Apart from this, there is a university center and 3 academies of arts. While, the number of the full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students are around 50,000. With the all-inclusive courses of study, University of Zagreb claims to be the strongest educational institute in Croatia.
