The Zagreb Technical Museum, in the Croatian capital city of Zagreb was established in 1954. It is a specialized National museum. The technical museum was conceived by Dr.Bozo Tezak, a university professor and implemented by Predrag Grdenic. After the establishment of the museum they became the Chairman and Director of the museum, respectively.
This technical museum designed by architect Marijan Haberle became operational in 1959. Unlike other scientific museums, this is of a more general category and does not specializes in any particular technical field.

The Technical Museum in Zagreb remains open from 9a.m. - 5p.m. on Tuesdays to Fridays. On Saturdays and Sundays it remains open from 9a.m. to 1p.m. On Mondays and public holidays the museum remains closed.
