NK Dinamo Zagreb Club is one of the oldest football clubs of Croatia. It is based in the Croatian capital city of Zagreb. Maksimir Stadium is the home ground of this NK Dinamo Zagreb Club.
In the year 1945, the club was named as Dinamo. Hašk, which was the oldest part of the club, came into being in 1903. In the year 1911, Gradanski was established. However, these clubs had been discontinued due to the Communist rule. The present day NK Dinamo Zagreb Club started operating much later as per the rules of the Communist era.
Mirko Barišic is the Chairman of this club. Whereas, Dr Branko Ivankovic is the manager. Since its establishment the club is enjoying a huge fan following. Mainly in 1986 the first follower group of the club emerged. They were indeed the most faithful followers of Dinamo Zagreb and were known as the Bad Blue Boys.

The Club gave an outstanding performance in the Croatian Champions, Croatian Supercup and Croatian Cup. Some of the renowned players who had been associated with this club are as follows:

The club had been honored internationally several times. In the Yugoslav Champions of 1948, 1954, 1958 and 1982, the club gave a brilliant performance and won 4 national honors. Again, in the Yugoslav Cup of 1951, 1960, 1963, 1965, 1969, 1980 and 1983, the NK Dinamo Zagreb Club won 7 national titles.
