The total area covered by the building is about 31000 square meters. The architectural designers behind the making of this business tower are the two engineers, Boris Frgic and Marian Turkulin. automobiles. The building has a highly attractive facade. This facade is beautifully constructed out of granite slab, aluminum and tempered glass that contribute to its aesthetic appeal. Europe's largest telecommunication company Deutsche Telecom has therefore, rightly called the tower the 'most beautiful piece of real estate property'.
The modern furnishings of the HOTO Tower include electric systems, air conditioner, carpets, top quality stones like Rosavel and Selina, exotic ceramics and many more. Just after its inauguration this glamorous building was titled as one of Zagreb's most impressive landmark.
