Golden Beach is a popular beach in Hong Kong. This beautiful beach is found in the Castle Peak Road of the New Territories. It has the reputation of being the first ever artificial beach in Hong Kong. The beach is visited by a large number of tourists every year.
For recreational facilities, the Golden Beach of Hong Kong has got shopping place, refreshment kiosks and a volleyball court. There is also a hotel for accommodation of the tourists. The beach has got a length of more than half kilometers. The volleyball court of the beach is sometimes used by the Hong Kong Beach Volleyball Team.

The Hong Kong Golden Beach has been given a Grade 2 title as the quality of water is fair. One can easily reach the beach by KMB buses number 53 from Tsuen Wan and 52M from Kwai Fong. The tourists can have a pleasant time there sitting on the beach side benches enjoying the cool breeze. There is a watch tower on the Golden Beach in Hong Kong. During the winter season, the beach water can be used for water sport activities like swimming.
