International Book Fair of Santiago
This 11-day-long fair is held in the month of November. Taking place in the Estacion and Mapocho, this fair is a melting pot, attracting literati and intellectuals not only from all corners of Chile, but from other parts of the world as well. During this festival, cultural events are organized everyday at six in the evening. Musical performances, reading sessions and seminars are conducted in this book fair of Santiago. It is one of the greatest attractions of the Chile.

Love Parade
This is a parade which takes place in the month of January in Santiago. In this festival, the revelers dance to electronic music throughout the night. It has been influenced by the Love Parade of Berlin, which started in the year 1989. The Love Parade covers about 4 km of area and includes the participation of nearly 100 DJs.

Muestra de Dramaturgia Nacional This theater festival is conducted by the Department of Culture of the Chilean government. The festival forms one of the best stages of revealing the talents of several promising playwright personalities. People involved with theater of various genre present their works in this extremely famous street event of Santiago.

FISA
This International Trade Fair of Santiago is one of the biggest street events of the city. This popular fair witnesses the participation of the various trading houses of Chile.
