Australian Museum

There are a large variety of artifacts that can be viewed in the Australian Museum. Besides exhibitions, Australian Museum also organizes
various holiday programs and tours. The Australian Museum, Sydney can be reached by bus and train both. The St James station and the Museum Station are the two train stations that are close to the Museum. The closest bus stop is the Town Hall stop from where visitors can take the Park Street to reach the museum.

There are different entrances for the visitors reaching the Australian Museum in Sydney from different directions. The College St entrance takes the visitors directly to the admissions desk. This entrance can be used by the general public and visitors from schools and other groups. Separate entry facilities are provided for visitors in wheel chairs. The ramp leading to the William St Reception is meant for wheelchair entrants and business visitors. Parking facility too, is available in the Museum for people in wheelchair. However, these facilities are limited and have to be booked ahead of time.
