The Freehand Group is an Australian TV company that specialized in the production of television programs and content creation. The headquarters of this group is based in Sydney. The leading commercial television channels air programs made by this TV Company. The major television channels associated with the Freehand Group include the Seven Network, Nine Network and the Network Ten. This apart the Freehand Group also produces TV programs for the XYZ Lifestyle Food channel and the Nickelodeon channel.

It was founded jointly by Chris O' Mara, John Gregory and Peter Abbott. A fourth of the company shares are owned by BBC Worldwide. The equity investment by BBC was finalized in January 2007.
