The Sydney Central Plaza is the result of redevelopment of the former Grace Bros. Store, which was located at this site. There are no similarities of the interiors of Sydney Central Plaza with the previous departmental store. The entire redevelopment of the structure was completed in the year 1998 and was then purchased by the Westfield Group in March 2003.At present, the Sydney Central Plaza has a total of 111 departmental stores like Aquila Stores, Espirit, French Connection, Giordano, French Connection, Asian Day, Naked Truth, Politix Menswear, Rhodes & Beckett,
