The present building comprising of several shops was completed in the year 1923. Grace Bros. Company vacated the store at Broadway Street in the year 1992 and the building was rebuilt into cinema complex in the year 1998. However, again the Broad Way Shopping Center became a major shopping center and food joint with the latest state-of-the-art facilities.
