University of Buenos Aires or Universidad de Buenos Aires was founded in the year1821on the 12 th of August. The largest University of Argentina,University of Buenos Aires is located in the city of Buenos Aires.
The University of Buenos Aires is an umbrella body and besides 13 faculties it includes 10 museums,6 hospitals,and 3 high schools called Colegio Nacional de Buenos Aires, Escuela Superior de Comercio Carlos Pellegrini, and Instituto Libre de Segunda Ensenanza.

To join the University of Buenos Aires in any of the available courses it is mandatory for the applicant to complete high school and pass a first year course common to all faculties. This first year in the University of Buenos Aires is known as the "Ciclo Basico Comun" meaning the Common Basic Cycle. It is only after the completion of this course that a student ca apply for a desired subject. The curriculum offered by the University of Buenos Aires are of International standards and the subject of specializations offered in the University of Buenos Aires includes:
