The city of Jalalabad was built by the third emperors of the Mughal dynasty. Mohd. Akbar was founder of the modern Jalalabad. The city has become a popular winter resort replete with various kinds of shrubs and cypress trees. The best time to visit Jalalabad is during the winter seasons.
