Kabul Golf Club was established in the year 1967. During 1978 the Soviet Union closed this club. This club re-opened in the year 2004. As the golf course got neglected for so many years so before re-opening the club the golf course was refurbished properly and now it is an excellent place to play golf. Due to the mixture of sand and oil this club has a brown golf course.
Kabul Golf Club has a fine dining room. Kabul Golf Club has a Pro Shop. This shop sells shirts, vests, hats, golf towels and jackets of Kabul Golf Club.
People tremendously enjoys playing in this desert style golf course of Kabul Golf Club. In this club maximum people uses wooded tees for playing golf. A mat of artificial turf with tee peg is also preferred by some people for playing golf. The Pro Shop rents the mat of artificial turf with a rubber tee peg.
