Polytechnic University of Kabul was formed in the year 1963 and possesses eight general and 11 professional departments. Geology and mining, electromechanics and construction are the main streams of Polytechnic University of Kabul.
Courses
There are a total of three departments in the Polytechnic University of Kabul. The department of geology and mines is manned by 37 veteran professors and is facilitated by a computer lab having 14 machines. The areas in which this faculty deals with are:
