F Visa (Business/Visit Visa) -
China visitor visa on the purpose of business can apply single, double or multiple entries as per requirements. But multiple entry visa is applicable only on the following conditions:
- A proof to be submitted by the applicant that he/she invests in China by business license, appointment letter; economy and trade contract
- Original copies of proofs to be provided with details that the applicant had already visited China before with F Visa within one year or once did obtain the F visa with success.
The validity period of F Visa for single or double entry varies from 3 to 6 months. Though primarily the stay duration is 30 days. The Visa department though can prolong duration time based on applicant's request.

L Visa (Tourist Visa)-
China visitor visa for multiple-entry L visa demands the reason of multiple visits. Applicants need to provide a written application. It can be applied for a tenure of 2 years.

Multiple Entry for 12 Months 150 US dollars 90 US dollars
Multiple Entry for 6 Months 100 US dollars 60 US dollars

X Visa (Study/Student Visa)-
To get China visitor visa for students the candidate with an intention to study for more than one year needs to produce Physical Examination Certificate. Foreign Student Visa Application Form (JW201 or JW202) and The Entrance Notice of Schools in China should be produced by the applicant.
To get China visitor visa the general procedure is same for all categories:
- Valid passport with blank visa pages and at least 6-month period of validity to be submitted
- Visa Application Form (Q1) to be filled up, with 2-inch passport photo attached
- The invitation letter from China or visa application letter from applicant's company
Once the China visitor visa is issued, the person should take utmost care to inspect the visa. He should check if the visa codification is correctly printed on the visa. If some problems are found embassies and consulates should be consulted in a hurry.
