To visit China for work, vacation, education or for any other purpose for that matter, an Entry Visa for China is a must. Issued by the target country, a Visa is a must for any kind of International travel. The Visa gives you the permission or a seal of approval to enter and stay in a particular country for a specified period of time. Entry Visa for China is no exception. Issued by the Foreign ministers office, the Embassy or the consulate of the country, an entry Visa for China along with a valid Passport is a legal document that attributes the right of residing and traveling within the Republic of China for a certain period of time.
There are different kinds of Visas which are provided to a person according to his/her purpose and duration of visit. Depending on the reason for entering or departing visas are divided into six categories:

- Visa for entering first and then leaving

- Standard Visa
An entry Visa also specifies the period of time or duration a person is supposed to stay in the country of visit and the rights he is granted.
Single-entry Visas is the kind mostly applied for. Valid for three months this Visa is not only an entry Visa for China but it also allows the holder to travel Republic of China as a tourist and also participate in general business activities.
