Richmond Olympic 2010
The city of Richmond is an official venue for the 2010 Winter Olympics Games to be held in Vancouver, Canada. A coastal city, lying in the Canadian province of British Columbia, Richmond is home to the Vancouver International Airport. Located in the south of Vancouver, Richmond is made up of 17 islands. Home to the long track speed skating competition during the 2010 Olympic Winter Games, the city of Richmond has built an 8000 seater speed skating oval, known as The Richmond Oval.
