fourth biggest in Europe and the sixth largest in the world according to Global Finance magazine. CASA is a part of the CAC 40 stock market index. It's a semi co-operative bank. Majority of CASA is owned by 43 French Caisses Régionales de Crédit Agricole Mutuel. The 4 subsidiaries of CASA are Caylon (the investment banking division of Credit agricole), CLSA (the Asian securities brokerage division), Predica and Pacifica (the insurance divisions) and Credit Lyonnais (the nationwide retail banking network, acquired in 2003.
