Belize Premier Football League is the most important division of football in the country. It is sanctioned by the Football Federation of Belize and the teams of Premier Football League of Belize are allowed to take part in competitions at the international levels.

Belize Premier Football League is divided into two groups, group A and group B. Group A consists of teams FC Belize, Hankook Verdes United, Belmopan Bandits, Tex Mar Boys, Toledo United, Wagiya. On the other hand group B includes the teams of Juventus, Santel's, Alpha Glitters, Revolutionary Conquerors, Pickstock Lake ,Costa Del Sol Nairi's. Football being one of the important Belize Sports, is highly cherished by the Belizeans.
