For those who are not a US passport holder the Consulate in Bahrain has laid down certain rules. The applicant has to get a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Immigration Department in Bahrain through a relative or an agent.
The other responsibility of the Consulate at Bahrain is to make the application form for the passport and its renewal. The main rules of the passport application form are, right fulfillment of the application form, 2 passport size photos, good conduct certificate and an ID card.
The Consulate of Bahrain has laid down the rules regarding visas. All the other nationalities of Bahrain require a valid visa except for the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council). The visitors who travel daily with a confirmed ticket need to get visas on the arrival in airport. Residents of Saudi Arabia residing in Bahrain get a 2 week visa.
