Christianity is a religion centered on the life of Jesus Christ. Christians believe Jesus to be the Son of God. Although there was a major diversity of beliefs in Christianity but most of the Christian branches share a common set of doctrines which they hold as indispensable to their faith. Christianity is the world's largest religion. Christianity is the prime religion in Europe, USA, Southern Africa, Philippines and Oceania. Christianity is also flourishing rapidly in Asia, mainly in China and South Korea. Christianity emerged as an outcome of Judaism. Like Judaism and Islam, Christianity is also assorted as an Abrahamic religion. The popular symbol of Christian religion is the cross. The cross refers to the method of Jesus' execution.
Christians believe in one God, who created the universe and all that is in it. To them, God is a person, but of a somewhat different type than human beings. While humans have both physical and spiritual elements, God is entirely spiritual and for this reason he exists in a sphere outside the normal physical universe. As per Christianity , human beings are created in the image of God. Obviously there are differences, because human beings are physical and God is not. The only thing what human beings share with God is the fact that, people are rational beings and capable of making responsible decisions, as well as they are able to maintain relationships with each other and also with God.
