The south west and south east parts of Australia experience temperate climate. The vegetation is found in the northern part which has a tropical climate. These regions include rainforest, mangrove swamps, grassland, woodland and desert.

The climate in Australia is greatly influenced by ocean currents and tropical low pressure which again led to the evolution and genetic mutation of diverse species of plants and animals. The main wildlife attractions of Australia are cockatoo, dingo, kangaroo, koala, emu, echidna, wallaby, wombat, kookaburra, lyrebird and platypus which are found in their natural environments.
