Antigua sailing week is actually made of several other races. The first one of this huge sailing competition is Heieken Regatta that takes place in the month of March. This is followed by BVI Spring Regatta ends in the beginning of the next month. These races along with two other big yacht competitions leads up to the Big Boat series that culminates into the Antigua Sailing Week.
The harbors and docks that are used in these races are, Dickenson Bay, Falmouth Harbor and some other. Antigua sailing week has become one of the main events in this country. This sailing competition is not bound within the limitation of racing but a wild and spirited party along with the competition keep both the competitors and general people busy in having fun through food, drink and other festivities.
