Alden Link is one of the nominated
2008 presidential candidate of the Libertarian Party for the 2008 U.S. Presidential elections. The main political agendas which are supported by Alden Link are-
- defending America from the Islamic fundamentalists
- paying due respect to the individual rights and choices
- putting an end to illegal immigration
- stressing on the need for developing alternative sources of energy and stressing on energy conservation
- putting a check on the amount of taxes and restricting government activity
- exploring the universe for more discoveries and taking up new space exploration projects
- Protecting the rights of gays, bisexuals and lesbians in a free and democratic society.
Alden Link is deeply moved by the American stand in the Iraq issue and the excessive dependence on fossil fuel energy. He plans to do something useful and meaningful for the coming generations.
Alden Link, Presidential Nominee 2008 was born in Brooklyn, New York in the year 1930 and graduated in the year 1953 from the State University of Farmingdale. He was a member of the US army from 1954-55. He currently owns a manufacturing business and is very much active in the local politics of White Plains.
Alden Link hopes to lead America ahead on the path of success and growth in the coming years.
