Joe Biden

Democrat Joe Biden rose to prominence in American politics after being elected to the United States Senate in 1972. His participation in national politics from the tender age of 29 made him acquire sufficient experiences in handling sensitive issues related to prevention of crime, terrorism, foreign relations and drug policy in United States in the later stages of his political career.

As one of the most powerful and prominent political voices of the present American nation, Joe Biden was born on 24th November 1942 in Scranton, Pennsylvania. He is a law graduate from the University of Delaware and Syracuse University College of Law in 1965 and 1968 respectively. Prior to pursuing a career in politics, he served a legal practitioner from 1970 to 1972, as well as a law professor in the School of Law, Widener University. It was after a series of diverse professional experiences that he ultimately decided to join American politics.

As an eminent American politician, Senator Joseph R. Biden played a significant role in the US foreign policy for the past three decades. In fact, his position as the Chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee helped him to handle foreign relations issues with great competence and expertise. It was his foresight, common sense and tactful approach towards complex foreign policy matters that helped United States to deal with such crucial issues diplomatically.

Democrat Joe Biden for president also had immense contribution in the realm of American legislation. For the past two decades, most of the country’s criminal laws are formulated by this diplomatic wizard, including the Law Enforcement Act (or Biden Crime Law) and the Violent Crime Control Act in 1994. As the author of a handful of other useful laws like Violence Against Women Act (2000), the name of American Politician Joe Biden will remain immortal for the relief his Women Act 2000 provided to the American females citizens.
