Euro Cup 1980 Top Scorer was Klaus Allofs of West Germany. He helped his country to win the sixth edition of the championships by scoring a total of three goals. West Germany lifted the trophy for the second time, the first one being in1972.
In the 1980 Euro Cup, Klaus scored a hat-trick against the mighty Holland to secure his team's place in the final. Other notable scorers of the tournament were Horst Hrubesch of West Germany, Kees Kist of The Netherlands and Nehoda of Czechoslovakia. All of them scored two goals each.
