Wake Sport Center, as the name suggests, is a sport center in Geneva. This sports club facilitates only water sports and not any other form of sports. Information on the Center
The Wake Sport Center provides facilities for aquatic sports during a fixed period of time. The activities commence from the middle of May and continue till the end of September. During this time the center also offers various courses for the ones interested in the aquatic sport activities.
Activities in the Center
Wake Sport Center offers lot of courses on water sport. One can enroll for any of the courses. The courses include:
- Water Skiing Course
- Course of High Traction Boats
The special attraction of the club is the wakeboard activity on water where the legs of the person should be perpendicularly positioned to facilitate him/her for jumps and twists. This water sport is equivalent to mountain skiing and is, therefore, very exciting.
Wake Sport Center is a must visit destination for people who are adventurous in nature. They cannot afford to miss the excitement involved in the water games. However, the club remains closed from October to April.
Course Time and Fees
For full wake board courses the fee is around CHF 20 and CHF 100 for half an hour of water skiing.
