Foire de Geneva or the annual fair of Geneva is shortlisted as one of the most coveted fairs of the city. Held at the Palexpo Exhibition Center, the fair is pulsating with life with more than 300,000 people gathering every year.
Foire de Geneva at Palexpo Exhibition Center is reputed as the ideal home exhibition which parades an array of household goods. Kitchen appliances, home ware, decorative pieces, furniture and bathroom designs are some of the household equipments that are displayed in the fair. Other than these household appliances, sewing machines, fashion goods, multimedia equipments, books, sporting goods and handicrafts are also sold at the annual fair in Geneva.
The exhibition center, which hosts the annual Geneva fair, covers a sprawling area of more than 1,500 square meters. More than 600 exhibitors set up their stalls in the premises. Entry to the fair is with a payment of a token amount. Concessions are available for those between the age of 10 and 15 years. Entrance of children below the age of 10 is not charged.
