Dmytro Chigrynskyi plays for Shakhtar Donetsk of Ukraine as a defender. He has played twenty professional matches. He was out on loan to FC Metalurh Zaporzhzhja during the 2005/2006 season. Chigrynskyi has played in 11 international matches. His caliber as a defender is outstanding. He is now a member of the Ukraine team. His talent came to the national coach's notice at a very young age. He has scored two international goals till date and is a promising player of the Ukrainian side.
